He is one realtor that always answers his phone. My experience most don't and when they do it 1 to 2 days later. When you are so excited about getting more information about a house to buy you want a call quick. Will always show it on your time not theirs. And works to help you get that price down, he is NOT worried about his percentage he will get. I have now bought 7 houses from him. He is different from all the rest!

Could have been a bit more responsive and more educated on the legalities of the process but I would still highly recommended. You probably won't find a more friendly down to earth realtor.
